Theology of the Land Conference

The recent Critical Thinking submission to the Coalition for Economic Justice has prompted an invitation to present the ideas in the paper to a forthcoming conference on the Theology of the Land. Details of the series of three conferences are available here.

The presentation "Economics to Save a Civilisation" was delivered at the first conference: Click here for the presentation slides with links to the underlying references. The presentation was repeated at the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment on 9th April 2013 and was recorded for TV. The 53 minute video is available here: Economics to save our civilisation.

The conferences are being held to open an inter-faith dialogue on property rights in land and their economic, social and spiritual impacts. Daily Pickings was asked to present a secular economic perspective, as laid out in the submission to the Coalition for Economic Justice.
